Shauna completed her training in the Dublin Dental School and Hospital. She graduated in 2010 from Trinity College Dublin and obtained her Diploma in Dental Nursing. She began her dental nursing career in a practice in county Meath.
In 2012, Shauna emigrated to Sydney, Australia. She started working in a specialist orthodontic practice as a dental assistant and after 3 months of employment was promoted to Practice Manager. Whilst in Sydney, Shauna studied part time and gained a Diploma in Management and an Advanced Diploma in Management.
Shauna believes it is important for continuing education and has attended numerous dental courses, such as Infection Control in the Dental Surgery, Invisalign marketing, Incognito for dental auxiliary staff, as well as numerous dental conferences. Shauna also has a diploma in Digital Marketing and Web Development. Shauna returned to Ireland after 4 years in Australia and started working for 3Dental in Dublin.

Ellen's background includes both retail and addiction treatment. This combination of customer service and working with people in a clinical environment gives her the perfect outlook to support and help provide care for our patients.
She graduated from TU Dublin in 2021 with an honours degree in social care practice. She says, "My dream job is to work as a play therapist, which I hope to do in the future by completing a masters."
Ellen enjoys her work at 3Dental. For her, every day brings a new challenge which she can meet with a great, supportive team around her.
Outside of work, Ellen likes travelling and spending time with her friends.

Ciara loves meeting new people here daily and seeing how happy patients are with the finished treatment. She has learned so much about dentistry at 3Dental and continues to learn more daily.
Ciara loves to meet her friends for dinner and journeys on her days off and loves travelling the world. She goes on holiday as much as she can.

Lauren is a fully qualified beauty and body therapist who previously worked in dental services for the NHS. She has additional experience in real estate as a property manager. She feels that 3Dental is an excellent place to grow her professional and personal skills, and she enjoys working with a friendly team.
