Your Initial Consultation
Your dentist will first examine your teeth and discuss the possible treatment required, the length of the process, cost, and any other further necessary information.
You will then have an x-ray, photographs, and create a bite mould that will help your dentist further understand the condition of your teeth, and estimate the length of time required for the full course of treatment.
No Aneasthetic Necessary
No anaesthetic is necessary at any point.
Regular braces require readjustment over a period of time to maintain the pressure on your teeth, but this time is dramatically cut thanks to new advances made possible by the Six Month Braces method.
Tooth tenderness when receiving new invisible braces can still occur at times, however, this is normal and will usually fade away after the teeth have begun to move.
Six month braces treatment don’t require much maintenance to work effectively but do need to be cleaned regularly by brushing and flossing.
After your treatment has concluded, your dentist will examine the result, taking care to identify any future potential tooth migration problems. The chances of this are extremely rare however.
All orthodontic procedures require retention at the end of the treatment to stop teeth moving out of their new position. Retention is provided as standard and is both removable and fixed.
The Process & Next Steps
Multiple visits are required during the 6-month braces treatment and the entire process usually lasts six months, but in more complicated cases can last up to one year.
Extractions are generally unnecessary. Your dentist will discuss this with you during your initial appointment. Fill in the form on the right and one of our team will be in touch.
