A video consultation is your chance to discuss your smile goals with a dentist who can outline the best options and prepare a treatment plan for you.
We provide video consultation for those patients interested in:
- brightening or whiten their smile (cosmetic dentistry)
- straightening their teeth (orthodontics)
- a replacement tooth or teeth (dental implants)
- an opinion on the best way forward with improving their smile
How Does A Video Consultation Work?
When you schedule your video consultation with our coordinator, they will send you a link that will open the video chat at the appointed time. The dentist will guide the conversation, asking you questions about what you hope to achieve. They will then discuss the different treatment options that would be available to you.
In general, the consultation should last around 15 minutes, though each case is different. Even though you are on video, you may still be asked to open your mouth wide. There is no charge for the initial video consultation.
What Are The Next Steps?
Your dentist will advise you during the video call what the best next best steps are for you. When it suits you to come in and see us, we will provide you with a treatment plan for your new smile.

The Video Consultation
During the video consultation, you can discuss what you hope to achieve with one of our dentists. They will be able to have a look at your teeth and tell you about the options that will work for you.
Once you agree on a course of action, the dentist will prepare a treatment plan for you and advise you on the next steps.
At the consultation the dentist will advise you of your options and will provide you with an estimate.
This will be an estimate as when possible, we will need to carry out a full oral examination to diagnose any issues we cannot see on video chat.
After The Video Consultation
Our treatment coordinators will then get in touch with you with your treatment plan, further information about the treatment and your payment plans options.
What Can Be Diagnosed?
